Process and Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received
• You will receive tracking information from Yango couriers once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Methods and Costs

• Delivery is handled by Yango courier
• Shipping fees are paid directly by the customer upon delivery and are based on the delivery location.
• The estimated delivery time is 1 day after confirmation  order.

• We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Delays and Issues

• Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, holidays, courier issues)

Lost or Stolen Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier,
• Please contact the shipping provider directly if your package is missing.
