Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:
 • Returns must be requested and processed Same day of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 1 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Mobile money or Bank deposit).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
 • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at +260975532649, and we will arrange a replacement.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 1 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
1. Check your bank or Mobile money account again.
2. Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
